Help finding Latches for storage drawers

I was waiting to here back from a company called Industrial Hardware as they have an office near me and while trying to support the local guy, I'm still waiting. The latches I'm looking for are No. 1031-A just above 1/2 way down the page. The size of these is near perfect for my application and I was going to get 1 locked and 1 w/o a lock for added closure hold.

Does look like Southco. Amazon often carries these from its boat hardware suppliers. McMaster-Carr may have them as well.

I didnt want to have to use the truck lock type buuuutttt. I may have to. No none of these things are cheap to tell you the truth. I might just go back to the White unit the company I tried contacting earlier had.

Only down side is they wont allow the drawer to close on it's own like a slam latch, or you common door hardware where the spring or actuator sings in upon contact and releases when it is back inside the drawer. I have to find something ASAP, as my drawer is done and I have no hardware!
