We made it to Argentina!

We crossed the border between Santiago, Chile and Mendoza, Argentina on April 3rd. Mistakes were made.

In this video we do our best to keep it real and raw about the kinds of challenges that we face on this journey.

Also we just flew back to the USA to attend and speak at Overland Expo West 2024. So if you are going to the event, please let us know. We'd love to connect!

We left our Jeep Gladiator in Mendoza, Argentina and were invited to fly back and present at Overland Expo West 2024. So we get in some Trail running in Moab, Caspian drives for the very first time, and we head out to Expo.

We also get nostalgic in this video and take you back a few years to how we got into overlanding. But the best part of this episode is introducing you to our family and friends.

This is what life looks like for us stateside.

We fly back to Argentina to continue our drive around the world in July. Come spend some time with us in the States.

As always, happy to answer any questions from folks who are considering long-term or international overlanding. ~ Eric

Believe it or not we DID SEE A UFO. And we captured it on video!

That and so much more in this latest episode on our drive around the world. Currently we are back in the USA visiting family and friends and this is NECESSARY for our ability to make our drive around the world. A global overlanding journey is HARD. The hardest part is missing our family and friends, so in this video we give you an intimate look at what our life looks like in the States with those closest to us. It is a very special video for us, and we hope you enjoy it as well. ~ Eric

One of the most frequent questions we get asked is, "How do you educate your 7 year old as full-time overlanders who are driving around the world?"

In this video we give you a glimpse of what that looks like. Keep in mind that in this video we've returned to the USA for 2.5 months. So we're not in our global rig, our Jeep Gladiator. Instead we're in our North American rig, our Jeep Wrangler that we keep parked here for trips home when we visit family and friends.

This is it. Our final farewell to the United States as we get ready to head back to South America to continue our global overlanding journey. We spend a week wandering through one of the most beautiful regions of the United States. Add this area to your bucket list!

Haven’t seen any new post lately.
I pray that all is well!
Hey! Just wanted to say thank you. The very fact that you took the time to ask and check in with us really means a lot to me personally. This journey is a challenge.

The short answer is yes. Everything is ok. We are currently in Buenos Aires, Argentina. But there has been a lapse as transcontinental travel after visiting family is rife with it's own logistical challenges and we had to navigate that. Then upon landing in Mendoza, Argentina, Brittany underwent surgery. So all of our time was focused on taking care of our family. But she has recovered now, and we're back on the journey. So again, thank you for asking!

I'll be posting the next video here momentarily.

Have you checked youtube direct?
We are active in this forum, so the question was appreciated. I just responded that yes, everything is ok but we had to shift continents and then Brittany underwent surgery. So we've been really busy trying to take care of family and get us back on the road. We're finally past those challenges, and so now we're off to face new ones. The next video in our travelog will be posted here momentarily.

Our overlanding journey around the world continues. It has been a bit since we posted a video and there are reasons for this.

The main reason was Brittany's surgery which took place in Mendoza, Argentina right after we got back to South America. She's been recovering well. Thank you to those who have asked.

This video shares the challenges of getting back to South America, and being reunited with our rig. We also get to meet a couple of our overlanding heroes in this video so that makes it extra special for us.

Hope you enjoy and as always, I'm available for any questions from folks on the journey!

I couldn't believe they straight up handed me Brittany's uterus! I was a bit taken back to say the least.

In this video, we've arrived back in Mendoza, Argentina and we pick up DAUNTLESS our trusty steed.

From there we get settled and ready for Brittany's surgery. We talk all about what it is like to have a surgery in a foreign country, and the challenges that come with getting a vehicle ready for a transcontinental trip.

So much in this video.

As always, I'm here for any questions.
