How to anchor MOLLE panels to inside of rear windows in my 2002 Suburban?

Thanks in advance for the pointers,
2002 Suburban Z71.
I want to install MOLLE panels to the inside rear windows in my 2002 Suburban. Does anyone know how to, or have experience, anchoring these to the trim above and below the windows? I will use the MOLLE panels to hang miscellaneous gear.

On my Yukon I made brackets out of aluminum that mount to the body, and come from behind the trim so I don’t have any holes in the trim
