I like that built right bulk head set up but I sure wish they would have made it so the slots are accessible without disasembling it.
Aren't the retaining bolts on it those twist style? No need to slide it in from the end, so no worries about disassembly. I think they call it tracklock or something like that.

Yea, you only have the four small bolts to remove to insert t-slot hardware, not that bad. I plan to set it up for the wheel chock here after the holidays and I'll leave the t-slot inserts in the track full time that way all I need to do is bolt the wheel chock up when needed.

I don't know to be honest, I haven't set it up just yet but I think you have to put the t-slot inserts in the rail with the ends accessible which would require you to remove it from the mount. Not a big deal, I'll leave the inserts in the rail once I have it setup for the wheel chock.

Pretty sure that takes the twist lock style inserts. Insert them horizontally, turn the bolt which turns the nut vertically and locks into place. Then torque it down. Very quick and easy to use without removing anything.

I think it would almost have to be.

Yep, thats exactly what I was trying to describe. I just referenced one of the brand names of that style.

It’s got some funny hardware that doesn't swing perpendicular like your traditional t-slot hardware. It is accessible without disassembly according to the video but I haven't had success getting it in there myself.

The owner of BuiltRight claims this style has a higher working load than the traditional t-slot hardware because it has more surface area. As soon as the new wheel chock gets here and I have a chance to modify the mounting plate I'll give it a go and report back.

I’m not upset at all about 14 mpg. It’s the range that I’m annoyed with. Really it’s my only complaint. I was concerned whether I’d like the engine or not, but I’m very satisfied with it. I’d be happy with a long bed 7.3 for sure, however my incoming camper isn’t built for a long bed and would have to start all over on the drawing board there.

Transfer flow has a replacement fuel tank for the gas engine superduty.

***Update to the wheel chock on the accessory rail***

I drilled two holes at 2" x 1.75" apart on the MotoPro HQ wheel chock to fit the t-slot rail in the Built Right Industries bulkhead accessory rail. I simply elected to not use the supplied L-track hardware and modified the plate to adapt to the t-slot in the rail. Using the BRI supplied t-slot hardware it works like a charm and is easily moved around and/or removed/installed. I look forward to trying it out in the coming weeks.

I have the same bulkhead built right panel. I use it to mount my bikes when I’m not using my one-up rack. I was a bit disappointed in the production description, videos, and design. In lieu of repeating myself, attached is my feedback to built right, and a photo of the install.

Understandable but it has its own set of tie-down loops to replace the factory ones you remove during install. Overall I am pleased with the product but like most things these days I think it’s massively overpriced for what it is.

The replacement tie down loops are not nearly as heavy duty or at a similar angle/design. I feel that using a ratchet straps on the built right panels at the wrong angle could easily bend them.

Ehh, it's simply providing a point to create pressure against the forks in order to keep a 250lb bike standing in place. I am not strapping down steel tubing to a flatbed here. My calipers show about 0.5mm difference in thickness between the factory tie-downs and those on the BRI bracket.
