Motors are not government certified
No airbags
No side impact protection
No rollover protection
Etc, etc , ect.

If they are 100% stock and 25+ years old then they are exempt.
I'm sure I'm missing a bunch of other things but that is pretty much it in a nut shell.

Is Left-hand drive also a requirement? or is RHD OK with the 25+ age rule?

Same rules apply whether its LHD or RHD, no difference
