Nope.

One appeared in the January 1937 issue of Popular Science, called the Topo-tent. There is also a patent from 1929.

But... that's a chuck wagon, not a RTT.

Don't buy it... it's that would be more of an RV. A RTT goes on TOP of the vehicle or trailer, not just "above the wheels". If that were the case, I could say the tub of my Rover is a RTT since it's above the wheels... ??
