Its a dream but a good dream !

FRB = Fiberglass Reinforced Body.

It's a plywood core with a skin of fiberglass and gel-coat on both sides.
Been looking for this kind of box to build from because it will speed things up and will take more abuse than a aluminum skinned box.
And I have built before using a box like this. A little heavy but strong.

Sorry.

The outsides will take more abuse.... but will the whole structure? Example...... if you flop it over on it's side. Will it distort the box so bad it has to be replaced? Granted that matters how much and what kind of internal structure there is under the glass.

this is why I chose an Ambulance box. I don't trust Cab Forward cabs in flops or rolls. They are notoriously crushy; thus wanted a box that was light yet added safty for passengers in cab by acting as a ROP for passengers in cab and box(roll bar as in Roll Over Protection) and helps to save the whole truck as well.

Good idea but a little over the top for me.

I will be adding some bulkheads but that will be about it.

That's a great price. I only paid $500 but I do need to go pick it up.

Not the pretty's but its a good start.

Been looking for some time. The thing I like about this box is it is only 7'2" from top to bottom. That will put my total at 11'7". That is with luck ? LOL

So much for floor plan ideas. The reason I asked was, thinking I need to look at more because it is going to get real with the box on-hand.

Today I spent some time just chipping loose paint and looking at things.

Setting up to remove the bed.Looks to be no big deal. We will see? Will pickup the box Wednesday.

I often find myself browsing the Unicat website, looking at their floorplans and vehicles. Some comfortable looking layouts there (though I don't like some of the small kitchens).

All Great ideas.

But it was more a "what did you see" kind of question . What caught your eye ?

I have read some many things I'm starting to question myself ?

Make your own layout! You have a rig already and know what works for you. I did that with ours, 7x12, but it's so much better than standard TT/RV layouts. Mine is all backwards from theirs. Other than the man door being on the passenger side. It works well for us
