Do you feel the weight of the tent when you're driving? Is it unstable at times? Looks awesome by the way.

Yes you can feel it. No doesn't feel unstable at all to me, just more body roll. Its about 100lbs, so not really all that much. I usually throw my EZ up on top just behind the tent too and that adds another 65 or so lbs.

Went camping last weekend.

Dog and munchkin had fun

Stopped for lunch on the way home..... Rain.....

Added an RGB LED string under the awning. Going camping again this weekend so will test it out.

Sunny today, drying out after last weekend.

Took a trip out to LT Murray yesterday. I had never been out there before and it was really beautiful, Still pretty chilly this time of year though.

My destination was Tamarack Springs, But we eneded up going a bit further as someone was there in a pop up camper. Only saw a few other 5th wheels down right by the Watts Creek entrance, and few people on ATV's and dirt bikes but no one every got near enough for us to hear them when we camped.

The LED strip works great too. Puts out a lot more light than i was expecting.

Where did you get the LED strips? I have an awning on the way and I'll definitely copy your idea. Thanks

Amazon, they were $22 with the remote for a 16.4' strip . I went down tthe awning then doubled back.

I like the build. Great trips around Washington as well.

How does it work with 3 in the roof tent? I've been debated getting a big autohome for the convenience of quick set up and take down, just not sure if it works with 2 small kids. I've got a 1 & 3 year old. What do you think?

She sleeps on a cot in the changing room. I think she could fit with us, but it just works better for us with her going to bed earlier. I wouldn't want two munchkins with me in the tent.

I am digging your lights with the awning. I see you are making great use of it! Makes me want to skip out of work for the rest of the week! :REOutCampFire03:
