Bed Liner time. The cab is all enclosed and the rig is being built to handle full-time living.
The Duplicolor worked well:
Waterbased-Polyurethane. Voc content is ~130g/l IIRC, hardly reeks opening up the can.
Thin, watery, and clumpy even mixed. I wouldn't bother rolling this type.
But it sprayed great.
I managed to cover the whole lower of the rig with 2 quarts.
Used up the first quart from the seat mounts forward. Used the hopper gun to get that thicker traditional coating.
This is the only area that will see foot traffic/wear.
Poured the second quart into the 3mil gun. Far better coverage with this texture.
The bed system will sit over all of this with storage inside, so it doesn't need quite the thickness of an actual truck.
