Jeepjunky's T3-C build

What size tires are on this? How much lift? And how is your tire clearance?

Running 35" BFG. Axle is a custom width 3500lb with 10" electric brakes, stock leaf springs, sprung over. Im ~ 5" over stock height. No issues with clearance between the fenders and tires.

Take a look at my build thread...

Nice build parcours, got some ideas from it. Also thanks for the hijack, the history and story was great. Well I made a little progress, but also some setbacks. I prepped the other side and primed it. Spent about 1.5 hours more sanding it than the first side. Can you believe that it looks better? So tomorrow ill buy some more flap grinding disks and re do the first side.
I think my floor is in worse shape than I originally thought. Not sure how im going to address it. Thinking about using a wire wheel on the inside of the box, patch the holes, then rattle can it. On phase 2 or 3 I'll replace it. I have a plan for the front wall, and am clueless on the tailgate. But I have a little time yet.

Is this the foot you're talking about?

Yep that's the foot. Mine has a slide pin that catches pre-drilled holes in the foot. The pin holds the foot in the up position or down position. Mine doesn't have anything to keep the pin from sliding out, releasing the foot. (I see the pin in the first lower hole to the left of your thumb)

Mine has a spring in between the hole and the curve in the pin....does yours still have the spring?... You can get replacements easily

So life has kicked me in the axle!:-:)-) I've gotten some work done on the trailer though, both sides and front have been painted. Both fenders are done, one mounted. The tailgate cut off and mostly fixed, the back of the trailer in primer. Im not sure if im going to paint the upper edge blue to match the trailer or satin black to match the fenders.

I could use some help. Im not sure where im going to mount the license plate or a Hi-lift jack. What have you done? Also I've seen harbor freight boxes, Jerry cans, and ammo boxes mounted on the tounge, pros or con's for these. This trailer is twice the size as the one im used to using. I'm not sure I need more storage too. Thanks
