Negative, custom top. The "factory" Springfield tops were standard height over the drivers compartment with a vertical step at the B post. The only other Travelall ambulance top (US Ambulance Co. ???) I've seen had a similar rounded "aero" look, but again started at the B post. Notice also that it only goes to the C post, with the standard top for the roof rack. Kind of nifty, actually, helps keep the COG down... As much as you can with an IH :shrug:
I'm not sure if there are still pictures on the internet, but in the late 60's, National Geographic commisioned a few Travelalls for a long term expedition, either Africa-China or RTW. They were done similarly, but with the stock top and full length rack.
