Headed up the beach camping over Xmas, but wind picked up big time for a few days, so we detoured inland for a country pub lunch one day. Whilst taking what we thought was a dirt road to our lunch stop, we found ourselves on a 4wd track that we didn't know existed in the area. Nothing extreme in the wheeling dept., just a bit of lowrange 4wd work on the steep down hill and uphill climbs. Below is a pic from a lookout we found ourselves at along the way, just before the lowrange lever was engaged. Extra pic below is of our group of 6 families that went camping, spending the day up at Double Island Point
I was driving along the road when I spotted the unmistakable orange from my peripheral vision from a distance so I turned up a dirt road and got a closer look.
