Explored a local trail near the Royal Gorge. Added some new pinyon pine pinstripes in the process.

Why do I love adding these, yet lose sleep over a door ding? I will park in the middle of nowhere to avoid dings, but don't think twice about taking a turn down a tight trail.

Test fit the canoe for the first time. I could definitely use a better roof rack! Also need to add some tie downs between the hood and fender so I can use those instead of the bumper D-rings.

Disclaimer: I wasn't finished with the straps or final positioning. I would never leave slack hanging like that.
