It was 125 or so with a stiff breeze in Needles, ca. last Sunday. It felt like a blast furnace. Had to drive my truck with gloves on.

should really start a build thread when I get a chance.

What brand/style wheels are those? Im not a big fan of aftermarket wheels, but I really like the look of those, They look tough and kinda stockish, which is what I am looking for.

I do quite a bit of work overseas and our civilian style vehicles get modified extensively by the DOD. 9 times out of ten this is the rim that is used on those vehicles. They have proven themselves in some pretty bad places for us so I figured I wanted them on my personal truck.
I did not find the price to be that much more than a regular rim.
If there is something negative to say about my rims and tire choice is that the are heavy. I went with a 17 inch rim on my truck with a 35 inch tire toyo mud terrain e rated tire.

Some of my "expoditioning" in my 12 Sierrra. Planning on a 1.5" leveling kit and some 33's in the not too distent future. Down the road will be a canvas canopy, Tune, And upgrading the rear axle to a 9.5" unit and going from 3.42's to 3.73's at the same time.
