Joanne, I have never seen an old body style Ford that did not have the muffler rusted through. I guess they are not needed because it does not sound bad with huge holes in the muffler.

Same here. My old 91' F-150 rusted so bad it fell off. I ended up replacing it with a IH tractor muffler. Sounded pretty darn good actually.

My 91' bronco needed a complete exhaust overhaul, except for the headers. Everything else had rusted right through.

Oh, you may want to replace the drop step with rock sliders. Just saying.

Wow great job. Do you have a build thread on your truck?

Thanks and yessir. But it's also on my club site which is known to have an abnormally high BS content. But in the midst of all that is a very thorough build thread from bone stock 'til now.

My area of Central Florida has this growning new trend that is literally driving me INSANE. Dropping the rear end of the truck to the point it looks so stupid and ridiculous that I laugh and point every time I see one drive by. Our girl that works for us has a truck like this, and I told her I'd pay out of my own pocket to have her truck leveled and looking normal. She refused and told me that I'm old and don't understand what looks cool?????????????

Trends come and go....remember raked and side-pipes?

That Chevy reminds me of the gasser trend, nothing new here folks. What was old is new again! :D

Stacks have there place.

I have thought about putting one in my little ford.

If you want to haul something you just hook up the trailer.

Generally I don't really care for stacks on a pick-up, but for some reason it works on this one.

Some of the prerunner guys will exit the exhaust up high.

Now I want sidepipes for my Super Duty. Screw stacks. (unless it's a little red wagon)

My dad had side-pipes on our '76 F250 Highboy for a stint...you had to jump out of the cab and not slide out...or you would burn the back of your legs, ask me how I know. :D

Side-pipes are hawt....telling ya, they are going to come back into style. ;)
