Thanks - It's an Outback rack for a Discovery. I had to modify the mounts a bit which required some cutting and re-drilling but no welding. Also had to add the Yakima rain gutter mounts to the shell of course. The overall fit is really nice and covers the entire roof area well. Just mounted up a jack, shovel, and axe with plenty of room for cans and more stuff - just kind of mapping it for now..

Ok, since you two are keen on beating a dead horse for no other reason than being unpleasant keyboard D!cks I'll delete my stuff so you have nothing else to ********** about, although I'm sure you'll find someone else's post to crap all over. It's folks like you who really do ruin forums like this for the rest of us. Needless to say If you think really hard, I'm sure you're intelligent enough to figure out which end on me you can kiss....

Yep unfortunately that's the way it goes... More civilized people on this forum than others though.
Been there: posting my JKU in the YJ section by mistake on another forum, it went on and on and on with lots of adjectives!
I don't delete, I just ignore it until it goes away, my satisfaction for pis**g in their cereal...
If that's the biggest screw up we make in this world, so be it.

Most people that view this thread are here to see pictures of full size vehicles, as the thread title implies. There is a thread for your vehicle, here:

And lose the "poor me" attitude.

Whew, thank you for joining the ranks of the forum police. I just don't know what we'd all do without you guys. There was no poor me attitude. If it didn't belong here, quite frankly there were nicer ways to point it out. Much friendlier ways, rather than the above posts. I'm not going to take it too much at heart though as you all seem to have low post counts like myself so all I can hope is that the rest of this forum isn't made of people like yourselves. By that, I mean unpleasant keyboard generals. I'm moving on as this was not a big deal, very enlightening though:) cheers!

Don't shy away from the forum. I've been here for years, don't post much...but everyone here has been great. Sometimes folks just don't get along, as everyone views things differently. Nice to have you aboard.
