Dang, with those huge windows, that's like sitting on the outside, but being away from the bugs
Papa, you may want to think about moving the front wall back, increasing the cabover section for a bed and decreasing the rear overhang. I ended up shortening the back of mine but it would have been better to move the front wall back and gain more cabover.
Your truck is sweet and I can't wait to see the progress.

The tires would be mounted on hubs allowing them to roll if you dragged the rear.
I followed your build. I am concerned about rear overhang somewhat but the fullsize box is only 10 feet long. My existing spare tire carrier hangs out the same distance. I thought about having the spares mounted on a carrier that would raise and lower with the aide of my Warn winch. The tires would be mounted on hubs allowing them to roll if you dragged the rear.
Hummer H3s are full size vehicles?
Not last time I rode in one........
They're not. Built on the Chevy Colorado/GMC Canyon platform, which is considered a compact/midsized truck.
Either way........cool truck
Abntroop which Brigade were you in? what years? I was a white devil from 06-09.....
