Thank you very much. Your truck gave me the inspiration to go ahead with building a half ton Overlander. Adventure travel and we can tow a real boat or trailer. :0)

Wolvee, Glad I could help... I am curious about what you think of the F250 springs over time. I have thought about changing mine over to them but haven't had an issue with ride height when loaded. I kind of like the softer springs in the rear since we loose some flex in the front with IFS.

The springs feel great. It's a firmer ride but much more stable especially when I have the truck loaded for our Overlanding trips. If you want flex then a custom set of Deavers is probably what you'd want. Although if you're happy now, I'm not sure $500 would be worth the cost. I haven't needed much more flex than what factory springs have but I needed/wanted the stability with towing and trailing.

My suggestion would be if you notice your springs are starting to wrap or missalign and you need to replace them; the F250 springs should be the only factory consideration. I chose the 5 leaf (4-1) which are rated at 2200# but they also offer a 4 leaf (3-1) 1800# option which would take out a bit (.25"-.50") of the added height. Factory springs are around 1400# and I think make the F150 feel more like a large SUV than a truck.

hi, new guy here. heres my ride. 2014 Z71 6" RCX lift. next mod probably wont be tires. i dont know what ill do next. probably some LED lights or dual battery setup.

Thanks! Love them so far. Just got rearended today. Thank goodness for the tow hitch.

I'm hoping no other issues come up due to the accident, and hopefully they'll pay for a new bumper.

This might be the time to fund a real bumper. I keep hoping somebody will give mine a love tap and I'll get cash. Doesn't take much with the thin skinned bumpers now.
