How do you like the Rhino Backbone rack on the cab? I was sup to have one installed a few months back but I chickened out because I didn't want the holes in the roof of the cab lol. The truck looks great btw, keep building!

It’s actually a front runner outfitters rack, and I love it! I actually installed it myself and it wasn’t that bad just make sure you measure correctly and it’s pretty easy. Just needs a little silicone and it won’t leak either

I have an unhealthy obsession with this bumper. Do you think it improved, made worse, or no impact on your approach angle vs. stock?

The ARB bumper definitely sits higher then stock but also farther forward to accommodate the winch. I have to say it really doesn't offer a great increase in approach angle. also note on these diesel trucks the intercooler is extremely low ..... I won't be bashing snow drifts with the potential for hitting a hidden log in this truck ARB bumper or not.

I have spent months waiting on my new truck to be built and I couldn't be happier with it.

2018 Ram 3500 SLT 4x4 crewcab shorted (6.4ft)

Added a ARB Bumper, Warn 16.5ti winch, and SwitchPros SP9100 right away

headed up to Bozeman in the coming weeks to pick up Go Fast Camper #161 for the truck.View attachment 493508View attachment 493509View attachment 493510

That's sad to hear. At least, over time the G-56 will be harder to steal. I'm still liking my NV-5600, although they are a real anachronism now. 18 years and 176K miles and it's still hanging in there. What's the secret to its success? Cast iron, baby. No deflection here. 360 pounds dripping wet. I think the heavy weight was its eventual downfall.

Hey there... Some pics of my cowboy cadillac. Its my commuter/hunting rig/ranch truck/hauler/race truck.. haha

Built a turbo for it, 5" exhaust, B&W GN Hitch, HSP Y Bridge and intercooler piping, lift pump, tuned, manifolds/up pipes/down pipe, 35"s, 4.56 gears, Fox 2.0 shocks (for now), 1 piece drive shaft, and a bunch of other crap I forget.

Currently running 35x12.50r17 tires, debating going to a 37x12.50r17, or a 305/70r18, or tall and skinny like a 285/75r18.

When I bought it...
