I "stiched" them after cutting out the square ridge that was in the way then ran RTV over the top of the stitching. For the stitches I used Zip ties. They have held for 3 years now with no signs of breaking.

Testing fit up of Alu Cab RTT on DTC. After test drive came back and move RTT to the rear and down to Cab level. It sticks out about 6 inches beyond rear bumper.

Good lookin truck bro!

I'm struggling with the rack/rtt vs shell/rtt vs Habitat. I wan to keep as much as functionality as possible and love the rack but still concerned about securing items or having a fridge in the bed.

How do you like the Rhino Backbone rack on the cab? I was sup to have one installed a few months back but I chickened out because I didn't want the holes in the roof of the cab lol. The truck looks great btw, keep building!
