i have a build thread but hadn't posted the suburban in here that my wife affectionately calls "the yeti", picked it up a couple weeks ago and have just been doing maintenance to it.

1990, 1/2 ton, 4x4, 350, 700R4, np241, Gov bomb in the rear.

new tires, heater work, LED light bar, box of parts waiting to install, 15MPG only in town driving.

Wow--- liked the look of that pop-top and I just searched Hallmark Guanella LX--- and I think I've found my camper~! Wonder why I have never seen these Hallmarks before? With a wet-bath model wifey and I should be ready to go by spring '17 retirement--- we hope. Our plan is no plans, just hitting the highway and/or dirt tracks as we go along. Wonder how the fiberglass holds up on these? Would luv to know more about them, they look solid and sturdy.
