Will the medium Airlander fit someone who is six feet tall comfortably?
What do you think your average deploy & stow times are?
Any complaints?

Cheers!

yes. not sure exactly how tall greg is, but i'm five two and he's considerably taller. he's had no complaints yet. setup...almost five minutes. unhook three latches and spin the crank handle. some have converted drills to spin it faster. tear down is probably close to 10 minutes for me because i have to climb on the rig to tuck in the fabric (it's like a pop top camper...crank it almost all the way down, then tuck in the fabric, finish cranking down and clamp). if greg's with me, he can just walk around and tuck in the material (i have to climb), so only a few minutes with one person cranking and a tall person walking around tucking in the fabric.

My 80 with our '08 Autohome Columbus. Loved it when it was just me and my wife, but outgrew it when the kids came along...It was an small width/extra long length. I'm 6'6" and could sleep stretched out in it no problem.

All the Autohomes sure do look at home on the 80 series... some very nice pics. I wish we had some sort of FlipPac/Westfalia pop up type option for our 80 series, think that would be bringing our 80's to the next level literally. :ylsmoke:

Here's my Ironman 4x4 RTT installed on my AEV Brute. Not shown in the picture is the Annex that attaches and allows double the sleeping capacity below. This is a REALLY nice RTT. Sorry about the driveway poser shots, but I just got it installed.

Go figure...it was on ExPo the whole time.

I just spoke with Gary Huber from Roof Tent Specialist. Obviously its a very small operation and they have only produced the one prototype but its a cool concept and I would love to see it in person.

Plywood and FRP fiberglass construction and gas struts to hold it up.
2 inch compression mattress
127 lbs
$2800 - That is less than the cost of my rtt and Rack

Yeah, that is where I found it with Google.
