Here is the only shot I could get. My stairwell is the only white wall in the house, so it had to do.

This picture is about 8' away. the spread is about 6', and the center beam is about 18" across. I attempted a picture outside but the camera wouldn't take a pic. I will attempt when I'm not in a hurry.

Plenty now in stock.

Hey, Will. How is the beam pattern? Is it more of a "flood" or more of a "spot?" Thinkng the larger would be a good spare flashlight on my belt.

Just re-read this. It is more of a spot than a flood. As Ben posted the pics, seems to be pretty dead on. The picture he posted is pretty close, further away the focal point tends to blend in more and not as defined as in the picture.

I bought one of those for my Christmas present and I love it. Have it mounted in front of the Pass. Seat of my 4Runner. Very bright! I was playing with it and ended up flashing myself... Saw a huge blue dot for twenty minutes afterward... :Wow1:

I like where you mounted yours. Any suggestions or is it pretty straightforward in mounting it in that location?

Very straightforward. I got the brackets from here:

http://www.opticsplanet.net/nite-ize-lite-clamp-flashlight-mounts.html

Had them here in just a couple of days (even to Alaska). Just to enforce it a bit more, I cut a piece of aluminium about an inch wide and six inches long and mounted those brackets to it before it gets screwed to the floorboard. Just make sure you feel around with your fingers and find enough area to screw to.

Hope that helps.

Man, I don't really need another flashlight, but I sure want this one. :wings:

Also ordered the clips to mount it in the buggy....thanks for that info!

Not a problem.... Glad I could help.

Side note... Those brackets come in three different sizes. Get the ones for the C-Cells (I'm sure I didn't have to tell you that, but just in case!)

experience has taught me that 29.99 does not a nice flashlight buy. Can the lightforce prove this wrong??

A friend of mine's dad works for Cree who you see mentioned on the packaging. They are making some seriously bright leds, some new double super secret technology and what not. I have a couple of Cree flashlights that cost $15 and they are as bright as my Surefire. :victory:
