lockers for an FG

Up here in North America the video is upside down? Must be from down under.

Good news about an available locking type diff, but I am a little afraid of the cost, any approximate numbers?
 
The price of the unit ex factory is A$3,740. As you can appreciate there was considerable development costs, tooling and minimum orders for same. Really wanted to keep it under the 4K figure and for the benefits gained with this locker, I think Harts have achieved something quite remarkable. Fitting is relatively simple for those in the know about dark and oily places inside a differential.
 
....and as for the video being upside down ??? It is ok here south of the equator. Must be something to do with how you northerners view us!
 
The video of the FG is not visible on the page when I click on it. Are other people seeing it? I only see the video of the TrueTrac.
 
Four grand for a locker, seriously?? For that kind of money one could have a new custom front end built to your specs with your choice of locker installed.

FG front axles are rated at less than 6000 pounds and several aftermarket builders rate their one ton front axles at 6500 pounds, so you would be covered there. Additionally there are multiple options for things like gearing, hubs, bolt patterns, axle widths, knuckles, etc.
