The main manufacturers of these sheet metal lip mounts are Diamond and Comet. Both are Japanese companies.

The one on the Jeep you show looks to me to be a Diamond K400CNMO.

There's a few variations when looking at mounts you need to make sure to nail down. Specifically the base of the antenna and the connection to the radio. The antenna you mention has an NMO base and Midland mobile radios typically use SO239 connectors so you need a PL259 connector on your coax.
