I have not been able to locate the build thread for this rig, but I do know it exists. Very cool truck. I searched "Ford Slide In camper service body"

I have an awesome enclosed Reading Serive body on my work F350. I can almost stand up in it. (am 6'3")

I'd recommend it, but you can get a very, very nice Lance camper for what they cost.

2. SpaceKap offers a variety of different fiberglass options for inside a bed, and can be used on a flat bed.
3. Have you looked at 'tray' campers? They're not very popular here in the US but may spark some idea of what can be done since you can hang truck boxes under a flatbed for the same net effect.
