Looking for MUT-III Diagnostic Tool In/Around North Carolina

I'm trying to diagnose a slow start issue on my 2005 FG and would like to borrow/rent/buy a MUT-III to attempt diagnosis before taking it to the $$dealer$$. Anyone in the Raleigh, NC region have one?

I haven't but I think it might require more granular data from the Bosch fuel system, if available.

First rule of fault finding... don't make assumptions!
Be methodical and eliminate all of the simple possibilities first. It may well be a complex problem, but it might not be.

I should add that Fusos have a history of faults that can be traced back to poor grounding. As well as the blink codes, that is always a good place to start.
