LR3 Leaking sunroof/wet floors, after drain plugs into side body have been replaced

I have this on my list as well as new A-pillar panels because my seals are dry rotted and catching lots of wind and noise.

An easy trick to see if it’s the cowl leaking - run a piece of (high quality) electrical tape where the (warped) cowling meets the windshield. May be a good preventative measure if you do replace the cowling and it’s not very noticeable even if you’re looking for it
