M416 Lunette castle nut tightening spec?

Got the lunette broken free and lubed on my M416 finally. Does anyone know what the spec is for tightening the castle nut back?

Not sure, but my lunette is cross drilled for a cotter pin. I tighten the nut enough to insert the cotter pin so that it is remains engaged in the castle nut. No problems to date.
