Maxx-lift E250 coil spacers? Lift blocks

I have seen a few people say they have used them, does anyone have pics of install? I was told that you had to get 8" bolts for the spacer to bolt to? Also what lift blocks work for E150 1-2"?

My van has the 2 inch spacer lift on it, when orderd it showed a e350 part number but when the box showed up it was also for a f350.
If I remember correctly we had to source bolts cause the supplied one were too short.

wouldnt changing the angle like that effect camber?

my understanding is two inches is the max you can do and still be able to adjust the camber to specs.
