The simple answer is no.
Well not in its entirety. The engine is xhown as a collection of thousands of parts. Somd parts might say it was fitted between certain dates or up to a certain engine number.
Unless the engine number itself has a date within it , then I think your only chance to date an entire engine might be at MB themselves.
