:clapsmile Can't wait to see what happens. By the way, I didn't' know you worked in China, so did I. It was quite the experience setting up a manufacturing facility. Makes you apreciate working in the good ol US.

Yeah, I made 8 trips to China in 2012. A total of ~4 months in the land of smog (and yes, the smog was bad. So bad in fact that my camera's auto focus couldn't focus on a building across the street from my hotel window). Good experience but I'm glad I don't fly that much anymore. I have a hatred for United Airlines that will never go away now.

I'm not going to lie... I am not a fan of many of the van bumpers on the market these days and to top it off, they're too damn expensive anyway. So I had resigned myself to just designing my own bumper and building it at my leisure. Jeremy and I had been tossing design ideas back and forth one day and we stumbled upon pictures of some pretty trick truck bumpers. A little more investigation and I found what was pretty close to what I was envisioning for my design. Pulled the trigger on the bumper, fab'd up some mounts (more will be available soon) and got it mounted up today. I know that beauty is in the eye of the beholder but I've found my favorite bumper for vans...and it isn't even a van bumper!
Still a bunch of work to do. Waiting on more lights and I'll be adding some custom fab'd bits for fun. Since the bumper had to be trimmed a little to fit and I had to move some of the internal bracing and weld it back on, I'll be having this re-powdercoated.
