MG Metalworks Van Build

The next step from there is hittin' the starter button and making some noise. :)

I just spent a week in a big campground in Florida with lots of new Dodge/Cummins trucks around. They don't make noise! :) I guess the noise you mean is when you're screaming and shouting because you've finally done it?

Something that may not be apparent to many folks is that I've had no less than a dozen "experts" tell me that this wasn't possible. Diesel mechanics, engine tuners, engineers, an owner of a diesel conversion company, a Cummins executive and a few internet know-it-alls.... all of them told me I was nuts and wasting my money on that electronic mess.

This is one of the, if not the, first 4th Gen 6.7Ls with the CM2350B controller to run standalone with NO TIPM, NO SKIM, NO Sentry Key.... The Chrysler harness has been stripped down to the bare minimum of wires. None of the extra stuff from the truck was needed.

Thanks to all who have followed along for such a long period of time. It's all downhill from here! The rest of this should be a piece of cake (well...I haven't gotten into the Allison electronics much yet. How hard could it be? haha). :)

Congrats! We all knew you would do it. To hell with the naysayers. No matter what you're into, there's tons of people waiting to tell you, you can't. Thanks for not listening, forging ahead, and taking us along for the ride. Super awesome work!

The wiring and electronics integration is not trivial and the ECM calibration work that has gone into this are all pretty valuable bits of knowledge. You'll just have to take my word for it that a lot has been accomplished since the last update. I'm not sayin' much beyond that.

You could probably spell it out for me and I still wouldn't understand!! I remember many pages ago something about proton accelerators, canadian busses, defibrillators, and mating it all together!!

Good on you, for keeping the trade secrets secret! Congrats on the noise!

Congrats! This is the result of hard work and talent. I did notice one thing. You did not film the part were you giggled like a school girl.
