I use an aftermarket system from TST. It monitors internal temp and pressure. You can set the display with your specific temp and pressure parameters and it will alert you if your tires are outside of those parameters. I wrap the band around the internal bead before the tires are mounted. This sensor location gives a more accurate reading than a cap sensor. You could wrap the band around the rim if you don't have internal beads.
