Those are the house batteries. I'll run wires from them to the charge controller.
I think it's an optical illusion. The little tent kinda sags because it's old.
so there was a bit of a gap between the bumper and the front grill. I was originally going to use this black polymer but it was scratching up easy and wasn't going to look good. So we went with aluminum instead.
Some people have been asking where I'm putting the awning arms so I took a pic to show how they fit in the box.

That would be awesome! I'll need tons of advice on where to go. I kind of want to hit all the mountains on the epic pass; just to do it. But I want to spend a decent amount of time at the best one. Or in other words, my favorite. I like getting to really know a mountain. It makes the runs more fun. And I'll need a tune for sure,. I've never done it before so I'll barter a lesson 
I painted the grill and light surrounds, as well as put the lightbar on the bumper and ran the wire. It was hot as hell today so more time was spent in the pool than on the van. I also removed the buzzer for when the door is open and a few other little odds and ends.

So I couldn't find any help to put the rack on today. I'll have to do it tomorrow morning. But I got some stuff done today. I wanted to get the headliner in today.
I'm putting magnets on the edges for the window covers. On the side, I had to cut out some of the foam so the magnet is on the surface.
I used a bit of wood to back the 7" screen mount. Just to make it a bit more stable.
I painted everything black to keep with the theme using dupli-color. Turned out a touch blotchy on the headliner, but on the plastics dupli-color is the best I've found. Super smooth.
I installed the camera as well.
I installed the frame for all the switches as well.

Great work!!! You need to finish this up and get on the road! The Epic Pass is also good in the Tahoe area (Heavenly, Kirkwood and North Star). They have been getting a lot of snow and will be open for Thanksgiving! I plan on getting my first turns of the year there!

Threw the rack on today... It looks real nice all painted up.
I used some rubber inbetween the rack and all the stuff.
I put a couple awning arms on to check out what it would look like.
I'll get better pictures when it's light out. Starting to really take shape now..
