Recommendations: 110 or 165 w solar panel? Can I have too much Energy?
Just remember it will be a rare day when your panel produces the exact power level it supposedly was designed to do. Mike is right, more is better. Your controller will shut off power to your batteries when they reach capacity.

Red arc can handle 260w. I found a nice size 220w, that Will take up the majority of the roof forward the vent. If I’m looking at everything the right way, I just need the panel and the wiring directly into the red arc. I don’t need any additional equipment.

What features are making you all chose the mission over the boreas? These are the two i am considering. I can pick up a mission about 10 hours away, no boreas to be found anywhere.

For those of you who have never had the opportunity to meet the individual who created and builds the Mission Overland trailers. Here is a pic of Mark and Nanc this morning in Bonners Ferry, ID. Mark is one of the most creative, friendly, decent people I have ever met. I can't tell you how pleased we are with our trailer and Mark's continuing support.

Ours was the very first Mission Overland. We love it! Since we took delivery of the initial unit in May of 2019 Mark has built many more. Each new group of builds includes new and better components. Each continues to be hand crafted and with exquisite care. Some things haven't changed, like the aluminum composite body on a steel frame; Timbren HD suspension. A few of the things I've noticed that Mark has upgraded since Beastie are: better table mounting system, better water and cabin heating setup, better freezer/cooler, sink and stove, larger forward windows, and that new single piece back door is incredible! Mark has promised to retrofit Beastie with the newer door sometime in the future. He order book must be stuffed. He told me he has multiple units going to dealers in at least five states. I can't wait to see what will come out of his imagination next! He did give me a few hints. ;) But I'm not telling...not yet.

I rented the Boreas and took it to Moab. Being able to sit and stand definitely has its advantages.

Got the load plan worked out. The Tembo Tusk Buffalo Straps on footman loops worked out perfectly.

My wife loves the fact that she can stand up and get dressed in the trailer. She also likes the portapotty we've installed. The biggest draw for her though was the hard sidewalls. We do a lot of camping in griz country and she sleeps much better with the ability to batten the trailer down before nighttime.

I appreciate this thread. I am planning on calling bigsky RV tomorrow to see about a couple they have in stock.
