I really liked what EV did. It will be interesting to follow the aftermarket sales of these later rigs. I say this as a Fuso owner for the last 10-15 years.

The Fuso has never been a finesse rig. It was so well balanced as an adventure beast with the dual speed transfer case. Since that was replaced with the duonic
it became a confusing choice with being a low finesse rig with little off road chops.

The clock started ticking for EC the day that FUSO changed to the moronic transmissions. Of course they would never say that about the new versions as the FUSO was all they had. EC had no choice but to keep producing them. They tried several options and expansion of the line, but their life support was unplugged when Fuso left the US and it was just a matter of time.

I was under the impression that the majority of Mitsubishi sales facilities were still authorized repair centers with parts also. I have never had any issues with acquiring service or parts.
