Mitsu Fuso Camper examples

Any chance you could share a bit about the shell constructions? I'm about to pick up a fuso 4x4 and build more of a unique custom box and this is the coolest one I've come across so far. Thanks!

Feel free to shoot me a DM or follow @rightlanefever on IG, I have most of the build documented. The box is CNC cut marine grade plywood for ribs, other frame lumber was cedar, sheathed with 1/4" plywood, waterproofed with Grace water and ice. Cheers

Looking good.
What do the actuators lift?
The actuators you see in this photo on the front wall of the camper raise and lower a mounting bar for antennas (CB, GMRS, Ham radio, Weboost) so that they are not in the drag of the wind or smacking trees or preventing me from pulling into my garage before rotating them down or removing them and yet easy button to raise them up so above the cab roof storage boxes and camper box when needed. They still work when lowered just much better signal when raised. Video on this to come soon.

Ford's F600 is fitted with a steering axle rated at 7,500 pounds. I would be quite surprised to see an axle (not axel), fitted to an FG that had an 8,000 pound GAWR unless it came from the aftermarket (Fusion, Crane, Dynatrac, Meritor, etc.)

GVWR is 22,000 pounds and GCVWR is 43,500 pounds on the F600. The 'lesser' F-Series trucks aren't far behind.

¿Me pregunto cómo se comportarán estos vehículos en temperaturas extremadamente frías?
