Thanks Joel! My philosophy will definitely not make me rich but if it gets to the point where it supports my simple lifestyle and lots of overlanding, I will be one happy camper!

The best part of taking this journey is, without a doubt, all the great people that I have met and the many new friends that I have made! Early on in my life I realized that one of the most valuable things in life are your friends. I that aspect, I am far richer than when I decided to take this journey and I am very grateful for it! For that reason alone, starting Mojoe Outfitters has been worth it.

Agreed, your products and philosophy are both very attractive. I love to support small businesses selling American-made products. I hope to one day own a Mojoe Griddle because it looks perfect for the kinds of cooking we do while camping. I'll probably have to skip the bag though, which is a shame because it looks awesome, and whatever I jury-rig to carry it in won't be nearly as nice.

I'm sort of in your neck of the woods, is it possible for me to pick up my order in person thereby saving on the $50+ shipping fee?

The Louis Vuitton comment was a dumb joke, like if it had the logo it'd be easier to convince my wife that we should buy it. Which isn't even true because my wife isn't swayed by brand names anyway.

I too, hope that you will one day own a Mojoe! Your interest and comments tell me that you will put it to good use and make a lot of people happy in the process, Ypu can always buy the Sack next year! In the meantime, you can just use a contractor's trash bag like I have been doing!

Quite a few people that live in So Cal have opted to pick up their new Mojoe Griddle at my place and save the shipping cost so no problem there! I really enjoy meeting new Mojoe owners in person! Tim Sanchez from Xplore Baja picked his new Mojoe up here and we had a great conversation and told a lot of stories while he was here!

Don't worry about the Louis Vuitton thing! It's a great way of saying "Damn, that's expensive!" Just tell your wife that you found a "Mojoe" item at a great price!

Just get the Mojoe Griddle and Strap-On, The Sack can wait!

OK Cam. So I went out to a friends place this weekend and brought along the Mojoe. I brought along some smoked pulled pork that I vacuum sealed and froze about a month ago and we made them into carnitas. They turned out pretty good and my buddies were in awe of the Mojoe. They said to bring it on every camping trip this summer. I'm not a huge fan of transporting it in a trash bag so I just ordered up the Mojoe Sack from you. Can't wait to get it!

Awesome Cam! I took your advice and bought a new 8" drywall knife and dedicated it to the Mojoe. That thing works amazing for cleaning the gunk off when you're done cooking while its still hot. I sauteed some mushrooms and onions, cooked some bacon and burgers and toasted the buns and it cleaned it right up. That is one of the best tools you can buy for the Mojoe.

For those that don't know, Mojoe Outfitters will be attending the American Adventurist (AAV) Desert Rendezvous this coming weekend. I can't wait! On Friday evening, Mojoe Outfitters and AAV will be hosting the "Bacontastic Happy Hour"! MO will set up three Mojoe Griddles and cook bacon, toast bread and cook a wide assortment of toppings and sauces for a "build it yourself" bacon sandwich! This will be the first ever "Bacon Sandwich Bar" that I have ever heard of and it will occur out in the middle of the California Desert!

New Overland Cooking Video! "Mojoe Omelet & Home Fries With an Incredible View!"

I Just posted up a new video that was shot last September during an overland trip into the White Mountains and the North Rim of the Long Valley Caldera in CA. The venue for this cook is on the rim of the caldera with an unbelievable Backdrop of the Sierra Nevada Range. I cooked up a hearty breakfast of taters and omelets but I kept being distracted by the view!
