I generally don't believe in used engines with low mileage, unless dealership paperwork is provided.
Same goes for timing belt, water pump schemes. No receipts for service or at least for parts = lie.
No plates= most likely a flipper.
In Chicago there's a lot of flippers who roll the mileage, I'd be really careful and do a lot of research. Also check title if the name matches with sellers ID.
I buy 1 or 2 cars/ year , drive for a while , enjoy them and sell them myself. Not to make profit (come out clean if possible or else a divorce), but I really enjoy driving "very different"cars.
Our used car market is pretty big, but I see a lot of cars being re-listed with different mileage within months. Just sad.
The black one in Itasca is up for sale for very very long.
The one in Darien looks really nice.
