I think it's probably something simple. I called the guy also. Truck ran fine when they bought it, it's a one owner vehicle. Truck will crank but not start. Dealer is going to send me carfax and all the maintenance records today. Will let you guys know.
The dealership owner is out of town and the guy running the lot doesn't know anything about cars from what I can tell. He told me the owner intends to fix it when he returns in two weeks if they can't sell it as is. FYI.

It appears to be missing a 1-2' chunk of rocker from rust. That's a parts truck, as far as i'm concerned.
