Let's hope there are no leaks. In principle, multilayer pipes are quite safe, triple pressed.That looks very neat, but it's a huge amount of connectors!
Tracking down a leak in that setup would be a fun exercise.

True, but this type of pipework is normally installed in a house, not a vehicle that has to deal with continual vibration.
Each one of those fittings has mass, so if at all possible, I would add as much support as you can for the pipework, so that movement is reduced to a bare minimum.
As I said... there are a lot of connectors there, so if a leak were to develop it might be challenging identifying exactly which joint/s are leaking. But, it is very neat.

Sorry, 15cm is the height from the floor to the first step, the total from the inside is approximately 125cm.
