Ace.....well, that could possibly work. My issue with Mexico is the availability of ULSD now that I have a new truck. The Mexican government says that ULSD will be available throughout all of Mexico by December, 2018. Assuming that happens, I hope to see the entire country this time. I've visited the Yucatan area and Baja in the past. But as you well know, there's plenty more to see.....
We continued east on Route 22 following the meanders of the Santiam River.....
The views were amazing so I stopped often.....
We parked at the Detroit Dam.....
And hiked across the dam along the forest service road that hugged the shoreline. I nearly stepped on this cute little guy.....
Now I've been complaining off and on about the wet weather.....and people say "we sure need it, it's been a dry summer around these parts". Well, I guess these pictures sure would indicate that to be true.....
It sure made for some interesting photos.....
We were a muddy mess by the time we made it back to the camper.....
Looking forward to sleeping in the forests with all my animal friends.....
