Nice build on your zj...ive had several different jeeps overthe last few years, and am currently running a 2000 xj, that i do like alot! my wife and I have had a couple of zj's, tj's, yj's, and several xj's...loved them all. Im just starting an expo styled camping trailer, modeled from several of the builds on this forum...we'll see how that turns out :wings:

Thanks for the compliment. Ive done a lot on the zj the last 2 months that ive owned it. I have an expo trailer I'm working on too. Its been a 2 yr project. I haven't started a build thread yet but prob soon.

I got my 1 in taller rear springs installed today. Now the zj sits nice and even w the tire carrier and spare on. Its actually a little higher in the rear. Now I'm all set to have my 32s mounted up next week. Pics to follow.

Great choice on the coopers! I'm running them on my ZJ and they are awesome. Nice build going too, good to see more "station wagons" going this route.

Man I'm really digging Expo ZJ's! 5speeds are just to hard to find and to expensive! Thinking of picking up a cheap ZJ and swappng in my ax15 outta my cherokee lol.
Plus that 4 link flex is way way better than an Xj on leafs. Well at 2-3" zj's will always flex better than a cherokee on 2-3" cause the rear 4link.

Doing a 5-speed swap is entirely too simple with a zj, I did mine in a weekend. That being said, it could be done in a day if I had laid off the adult beverages and if it wasn't 105 degrees out... Nothing quite like getting 18+ mpg in a zj on 33's without re-gearing axles.

Got the new tires on today. Man do they ride and handle great on road. Better than the wrangler's I had. I have a 50 mile round trip to school and I'm impressed. Hopefully I ll put em in the dirt/rocks this weekend. Pics up tomorrow.

I picked up and installed a Spectre air intake today. I had the same installed on my xj w good results. Not a bad set up for 35.00. Here's a few pics.

Oh ya I have. My school schedule gives me a lot of free time. I'm trying to have her ready for the fall wheeling season here. I also installed a rear facing utility light on the tire carrier. I just need to wire it up. Thought about wiring it into my reverse lights. Stay tuned. And thanks. Yours is looking good too.
