Good list- I have a few suggestions:
The 7,000 is too light for the 9.5 Warn. That is 7,000kg, which is a WLL of 15,400lbs. A pulley block needs to be rated to 2x the winch's stall rating, as the connection point of the pulley sees 2x. The 9,000kg unit gives a WLL of 19,800, which is perfect.
ARB705 is perfect, so long as your vehicles GVWR or curb weight (whichever is greater) is between 5,700-8,800lbs. Nice strap.
ARB730- Sweet
ARB725- I would not buy the ARB winch extension, for two primary reasons. It will not run through a pulley and it is too bulky when compared to a rope. It also cannot be spooled on a winch in an emergency. Get a Viking extension -

ARB 3/4" Bow Shackles- Eight is probably overkill, I carry six. Just total up your needed connection points for a full rigging and add 1-2 just in case.
Axe - sweet
Shovel - get a full-size spade and a t-handle or a full-length handle.
9.5xp - awesome winch. Super fast. Consider an upgrade to an albright solenoid if it doesn't have it and about the integrated solenoid.
A few suggestions:
1. Line damper
2. Utility (rigging) line-

3. A few sets of gloves and eye protection
4.
Transit cluster for that poor minivan you come across on a snowy pass-
I am working on what I need for a "revocery kit" here is what I have:
ARB 7000 Snatch Block (2 Units)
ARB Snatch Strap (ARB705)
ARB Tree protector (ARB730)
ARB Winch extension (ARB725)
ARB 3/4" Bow Shackles (8 Units)
Axe
Shovel
Warn 9.5Xp Winch with synthetic line
anything I need to add or remove?
