NAtional luna solenoid intermittent problem

Hello,

Hoping you guys can shed some light on an issue I am having the with national luna setup.

I have had the system installed for over 3 years, and has been working fine up until now. I notice sometimes that when the solenoid engages the aux battery is not showing that it is being charged, after some driving it all of a sudden shows a charge. The lights on the solenoid display that it is engaged and running normal. It almost seems the solenoid is worn out and doesn't fully engage at times, has anyone had an issue with solenoid wearing out over time?

I have not changed anything in my setup, and checked the alternator to be good.

Did you orient the solenoid correctly? Up arrow points up?

Yes, it's been installed for 3 years and working just lately been giving me trouble

How depleted is your AUX battery when this happens? I noticed something similar once when I ran the AUX down way more than I should have.

HOW old is the aux battery? I has a similar issue. the battery would charge up, voltage wise but the amperage was spent.

It's probably close to 3 years old it's a deep cycle and it tested out good
