Nemo GoGo tent

Well I am in "need", lol ,of yet another tent. This time it is the opposite of my rv-4. The Nemo is going to be used on my 300 mile canoe race. at roughly 2.5 pounds and considered a generous bivy this bag will be perfect. The lack of poles will make storage super easy. I'll post picks when it comes in next week. My sierra designs tent has served me well but slow set up and bulky storage has led me to this tent. Thanks O.J.

Here is alink to it. http://www.nemoequipment.com/nemo08-gogo-tent

We used a Nemo (morpho?) on the TAT...I was impressed. Small when stored, light, quick and easy to set up / tear down....

I have and use the GoGo, it is awesome. About the size of a small cantaloupe.

looks promising, is this everyone's top pick for bivy style tent? I have looked at these super lights tents for a long time too: http://tarptent.com/
What do you all do with your pack (assuming you are backpacking / canoe portage camping) at night? I always liked having my pack in a vestibule to keep it dry and away from critters that like to chew sweaty straps.

I am pretty fond of the Black Diamond one man setups. Check those out for sure.

I spent some time at the NEMO booth at the fall Outdoor Retailer show, and I was quite impressed with the NEMO line. The original stuff I tried out wasn't all that hot, but with the new line I feel like it is breaking some molds and raising the bar.

well typically I have left my packs either in the canoe or under the canoe depending on weather. In other not pack on the ground friendly areas I hang them up. for the everglades race the gear will stay in the boat.
