What foot mounts did you use for the rack?

The rack on the trailer is the one that Adventure Trailers sells (or sold, not sure if they changed brands or not, but I will ask Martyn and find out)

Thats all I know about it. Sorry. I will try to find more info on it.

Hey, nothing wrong with that :)
I use to sleep out in my tent trailer (20 years ago) after working on it sometimes during a weekend when I was not camping.
Just very comfortable, and next best thing to being there :)

If we are going to friends places for supper and drinks(1hr drive ) I'll lower the Maggiolina on the roof of the car, as we can now have a few extra and have a place to crash!!! Just pull the car into his garage(winter ) and pop up the insta-bed:wings:

Oh.....New problem, next time will I take the Maggiolina, or the new Columbus??

Ok, sorry for the delay with the photos. Got a tad busy this week, but as promised here they are. Again, quality on this tent is dam near perfect. My next camping trip is three weeks away and I can't wait to try it out for real. On to the photos.

The gear net is brilliant. I made something exactly like this for my Overland, nice to see it incorporated in the design. Plus to removable mesh pockets on each side. :wings:

Nice setup.

Where you are living though surrounded by all of those trees it looks like you are camped :)

Thanks Corey.
Yea, I can't stand the city, so I live just outside of Truckee, Ca. 5 acres of land a friend owns. One cabin, one house, one barn, four horses, 6 chickens, 2 roosters and 3 dogs. My place is the little one with the green roof. Small but priced right. Plus they don't use the garage. :wings: 4 car width. It makes for great shop, and for $400 a month I really don't think I will be moving anytime soon.

That is great living conditions.
I am paying about double that for a tiny two bedroom apartment.
But my job is just 15 miles miles down the road, so a short commute.

what is the length of the mattress, now that they have taken the worm drive lift mechanism out ? Thanks

I don't have the exact measurement but it goes from the front of the shell to the back. I am 5'9" and laying flat with my feet at the end of the mattress I have "roughly" 6 more inches (give or take a few) from my head to the end of the mattress. Hope that helps. Let me know if you need me to measure it.

Please, measure if you can, as I am tall and really like the Maggiolina but have not been able to ck one out for myself. The dimensions say 83", but is that the interior or exterior. I would very much appreciate the interior measurements of the mattress. Thanks

Can we get some detail on that net please? How is it attached or supported? I really really want to mod my Mag with a net as it makes so much sense.

I climbed up into the Airtop @ the Expo and layed down to see how well I fitted in it, I'am 6' tall and I had plenty of room in it. It is also slightly taller than most of the other models of Mags., that is about the only thing I don't like about the Mags is that they are not very tall but I could easily adapt and overcome that. The quality and ease of setup are the best out there in IMHO and the ceiling storage net and side storage pockets are very handy. Also liked the 3rd door @ the rear. Any body want to buy a slightly used Ezi-Awn Globetrotter RTT?
