i ran the regular "blue label" krawlers for a bit on road. put about 5k on them. they were a 2nd tire for me, mostly offroad only.DaveInDenver said:So is this new tread going to be better or worse on pavement, particularly wet or snow packed? however, they were great on pavement, and wet. great in mud. better than most swampers. they were 35's and weren't really loud. ran them on 3 different sets of rims and never had to balance any set, steel and AL. smaller tread blocks and the siping should make them even better, IMO. i guess we'll still have to wait and see, unfortunately...
