New Bumper takes shape.

My cousin asked me to build him a bumper for his Dodge P/U. A chance to bang hammers and weld and get dirty making noise in the garage? OK.

Basic design, 6x6 tube, capped ends, receded license plate, 2 recovery points.

Killing a fully charged battery in one hole: Punch a 1" hole in 1" steel.

Well yea. Actually the drill press spun too fast at it's lowest speed so I opted for the DeWalt since on low it actually turns very slowly.

Well it's been this way for a while, still waiting for my cousin to show up so we can mount it.
