New Four Wheel Camper Kolibri

I will be in Salt Lake City tomorrow to attend the Sportsman's Expo with the FWC crew. I'll be taking a few more photos and talking with Stan Kennedy about the Kolibri and other new models currently in the design phase at their facility in California.

Too bad I didn't see this thread earlier, I was there on Sat. Would've been nice to meet a fellow Expo member. I had a chance to climb in this thing, it's a pretty cool little camper.

It's good to see FWC keeping up with the joneses, especially with the expedition model. I really like the mini application too.

Now where are the diesel appliances? ;)

SOON !!

Hang in there

We have an "Expedition/Overland" Hawk Model just about complete with Diesel appliances !!!

We were scheduled to bring it to the Expo last weekend in Prescott, AZ, but we just could not get it ready in time.

:(

My father just imported about 6 of these "micro trucks" into Arizona. Any one interested, let me know. He's done all the work in order to remove the 25mph governor and all the tune-ups. He's looking to sell them all.

These things don't look big enough for even an oompa loompa to drive or camp in!

I really think something like this would have a market for the smaller vehicles of today if they were on a trailer frame that could be used as a utility as well. The box camper can't weigh too much, the overall size is relatively small in height and width, and if properly setup on a flat bed utility trailer, it should be able to fit into a normal garage space.

I really could use something like this type of camper whose pop-top extends the interior space. Instead of a pop-top, I'm thinking a flip-pac style top would provide standing room as well as a bed loft for an extra sleeping area.

Hey

That thing is so small; my kids could drive it around the yard and still have a place to camp out of! I'm don't think I would fit and still be comfortable, maybe it's deceiving in actual size.
